Align Pilates Studio

Shows how a studio can turn first-time visitors into booked trial classes and answer every request from one dashboard.

The brief

A concept for a reformer Pilates studio in Chalandri with small classes of eight. Studios like this grow through first classes: someone curious books a trial, and the instructor has to answer quickly or lose them. Regular member bookings stay at the studio; the site focuses on that first step.

What I built

A public site with the classes, a live seven-day timetable, prices and instructors, where a visitor picks a class and requests a first session for €15. The instructor answers in a dashboard: confirm or cancel, contact the person, keep private notes, mark attendance and export to CSV.

Key features

  • Live weekly schedule with each class’s eight reformers drawn on the timetable
  • First-class requests for any class in the next seven days
  • Instructor dashboard with pending, confirmed and cancelled requests
  • Private notes, attendance after class and a show-up rate
  • Each demo visitor gets a private copy of the data, so you can book on the site and watch it arrive in the dashboard

Tech notes

  • Cloudflare Workers API with a D1 database
  • Server-side rules: real classes only, Athens time, one trial per email, rate limits
  • A daily cron job that clears unused demo data
